Silicon Valley Test can deliver your purchase with a fresh calibration certificate. Upon customer request at the time of purchase, SVTM will ship or deliver equipment purchased from SVTM directly to the local offices of Keysight, Tektronix, Rohde & Schwarz or an independent lab for calibration prior to shipment to the customer.
Should an instrument fail calibration after adjustment and require repair, Silicon Valley Test & Measurement will either repair the equipment or have the manufacturer do so at our expense. If in the sole judgement of SVTM the equipment cannot be repaired at reasonable cost, SVTM will fully refund the customer’s purchase price including calibration and shipping costs paid by the customer. Guarantee does not cover connectors or accessories. Calibration cost including service fee is non-refundable once instrument passes and a certificate is issued.
The pass through cost of the supplied calibration along with a service fee of $50 will be charged to the customer at the time of equipment purchase. The cost of calibration as well as the time required varies with different equipment models and manufacturers. Please inquire as to exact cost and delivery schedule prior to equipment purchase. Estimates of delivery time are not guaranteed.
