Upon customer request at the time of purchase, SVTM will ship or deliver equipment purchased from SVTM directly to the local offices of Keysight, Tektronix, Rohde &amp; Schwarz or an independent lab for calibration prior to shipment to the customer.<br \/>\nShould an instrument fail calibration after adjustment and require repair, Silicon Valley Test &amp; Measurement will either repair the equipment or have the manufacturer do so at our expense. If in the sole judgement of SVTM the equipment cannot be repaired at reasonable cost, SVTM will fully refund the customer\u2019s purchase price including calibration and shipping costs paid by the customer. Guarantee does not cover connectors or accessories. Calibration cost including service fee is non-refundable once instrument passes and a certificate is issued.<br \/>\nThe pass through cost of the supplied calibration along with a service fee of $50 will be charged to the customer at the time of equipment purchase.
